Career Exploration Program is a cooperative venture between TRA and the Brockton Public Schools Department that provides a comprehensive youth training program for students between the ages of 14 and 19 who attend the Goddard School. The program is designed to help students improve their ability to access the workplace with the ultimate goal of securing part time employment while they are in school. Students receive intake, vocational interest/aptitude assessment, individualized goal setting, orientation, counseling/case management services, life/health/economic literacy skills training, job readiness training, internships, job development/placement, and job support/follow-up services. Additionally, students have the option of participating in Customer Service and Computer Basics Training as well as a summer component.
