TRA's diverse programming includes:
ACHIEVE! Youth Opportunity Program - Serves out-of-school youth between the ages of 16 and 24, assisting with Adult Basic Education/High School Equivalency Test (HiSET) preparation and more.
Adult Basic Education/High School Equivalency Test (HiSET) Prep - Meets the specific educational needs of adult students who have limited basic reading, language and math skills as well as those wishing to pursue a High School Equivalency Diploma (HiSED).
Employment Prep Program (CIES) - provides DTA eligible clients with short-term training to improve opportunities for job placement leading to self-sufficiency.
English for Speakers of Other Languages - Assists adult students who have limited English proficiency by meeting their specific educational needs.
English for Speakers of Other Languages for Hurricane Relocatees - is designed to meet the specific ESOL needs of people who have relocated to the Central and Western MA areas due to the devastating hurricanes (Irma and Maria).
TRADE Adjustment Assistance - Provides Adult Basic Education and English for Speakers of Other Languages to workers who become unemployed due to the impact of international trade.
Young Parents – Provides a variety of services to pregnant and parenting out-of-school young people, aged 14-24, who have not achieved a high school diploma or its equivalent or who have a high school credential and are seeking to enroll in post-secondary education or training.
YouthBuild - Provides low-income, out-of-school youth, aged 16-24 with on-the-job, hands on construction skills training and High School Equivalency Test (HiSET) preparation.
